Born in Texas, Scott lived in the same city with his grandmother during the first six years of his life. He got addicted to crime in his childhood because of his notorious criminal neighborhood. His grandfather was a composer of jazz music.
At the age of 7, he moved to Missouri City in Huston to live with his parents. His father was a soul musician and had his own business, while his mother worked for Apple. He went to Elkins High School and graduated at the age of 17.
